Day 1 Johannesburg, South Africa
Arrive in Johannesburg; meet assist and transfer to hotel.

Day 2 Johannesburg
After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning in the hotel. Afterwards, depart on a city tour of Johannesburg and Soweto. Highlights include the Carlton Centre and the Top of Africa which is a spectacular view of Johannesburg from the highest building in Africa. Afterwards continue to Soweto which has a rich culture all of its own. Highlights include Nelson Mandela’s former home and the Hector Petersen Memorial.

Day 3 Johannesburg – Lesedi Cultural Village
After breakfast, travel to Lesedi Cultural Village and enjoy the Monati experience, which begins with a warm traditional African welcome. Lesedi is a Multi-cultural African Village set amongst the pristine Bushveld and Rock Hills. After lunch depart Lesedi for the Lion and Rhino Park situated in the UNESCO World Heritage site, The Cradle of Humankind.

Day 4 Johannesburg-Sun City – Pilanesberg
After breakfast, depart to Sun City, a Las Vegas-style entertainment resort. Â Explore the Lost City Palace or test your luck at the slot machines or gaming tables. After Sun City continue to Pilanesberg National Park and check into Ivory Tree Game Lodge. Â In the evening, go on a game drive in search of the Big Five, which includes lion, African elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros, as well as a variety of other game species.

Day 5 Pilanesberg-Johannesburg-Cape Town
Morning game drive for another opportunity to see the big five and other wildlife
Return to the Lodge for breakfast then depart to Johannesburg for your flight to Cape Town.
In Cape Town you will be met , assisted and transferred to your hotel.
The rest of the evening is a leisure.

Day 6 Cape Town
After breakfast go on a city tour of Cape Town. Visit Table Mountain via cable car. The cable car will take you to the 1086m mountain top which towers over Cape Town. On the return continue your city tour, passing the Houses of Parliament, City Hall, Castle and the Slave Lodge. Â You will also pass through the Bo-Kaap, Green Market Square and District Six. After lunch, board the ferry to The famous Robben Island, whose prison was once home to former South African president Nelson Mandela. It is now a World Heritage Site.

Day 7 Cape Town-Winelands Tour
After breakfast, depart on a Cape Winelands tour through South Africa’s superb mountain ranges, vineyards and Cape Dutch homesteads. Visit Paarl and the Nelson’s Creek cellar for a tour and wine tasting. Enjoy a Wine and Cheese tasting at Rust en Vrede. Continue on to Franschoek where the French Huguenots settled in the 1600’s and over the Helshoogte mountain pass. View the historic Stellenbosch (Dorp Street and Oom Samie se Winkel) and enjoy lunch at Vergelegen Wine Estate. There are opportunities for wine tasting and purchase at the different wine estates.

Day 8 Cape Town- Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour
After breakfast, experience some of the most spectacular views in the world. Today’s tour begins with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast passing through the fishing village of Hout Bay. (You will have the option of taking a short boat trip to Duiker Island to view the Cape Fur seals on your own account). The tour then heads along Chapman’s Peak Drive (if open) on to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. From there we travel to False Bay and return to Cape Town by way of the Simon’s Town naval base where we visit the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach (optional, for own account). Travel via Fishhoek fishing village and Muizenberg to Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens for a short walking tour of these beautiful gardens. Return to Cape Town in the late afternoon.

Day 9 Cape Town – Victoria Falls
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Victoria Falls. Arrive in Victoria Falls where you will be met, assisted and transferred to your hotel.
Victoria Falls is one of the world’s most impressive waterfalls. It is set on the magnificent Zambezi River which creates the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. These spectacular falls can be easily visited and viewed from the Zimbabwean side. Considered to be the world’s widest waterfalls, Victoria Falls measures an impressive 1708 meters in width. The small town of Victoria Falls, which lies adjacent to the waterfalls, serves as a great base from which to explore the many attractions this area of Zimbabwe has to offer. The surrounding area provides a wide range of adrenalin-filled activities for adventure lovers. Visitors can look forward to an array of wonderful activities including: , white water rafting, bungee jumping, kayaking, and once-in-a-lifetime expeditions into the incredible Chobe National Park.
In the evening, you will have dinner at Makuwa-kuwa restaurant at the award-winning restaurant which is open on three sides and overlooks the waterhole at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, offering a unique opportunity to view elephant and other wildlife as you enjoy your meal – truly some of the finest dining in Victoria Falls.

Day 10 Victoria Falls
Guided tour of the Falls
A view of the Victoria Falls is something you will never forget and the best way to see them is on a guided tour. Discover how the Falls were formed and what local customs and traditions surround them. These tours are extremely informative and end with a visit to the local art and crafts center
After breakfast, head to the entrance of the Victoria Falls for a 2-hour guided walking tour of one of nature’s most stunning works of art. You will learn about the beginnings of this 150-million year old phenomenon and have the opportunity to witness its pure splendor that is beyond description. After the excursion to the falls, go on  a guided tour of the African Village. In this fascinating African hamlet, the traditional way of life of Zimbabwe’s six major ethnic groups is shown. The women demonstrate their skills in beading and crocheting while the men demonstrate their mastery of carpentry.  This evening enjoy a  Sundowner Cruise over the strong Zambezi River.

Day 11 Victoria Falls – Johannesburg- Depart
