Accommodation
Brookes Hill Suites offers 100 self-catering suites. All studio suites have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower over the bath, hairdryers, color television, air conditioning, selected satellite channels, direct-dialing telephones, digital safes and coffee/tea making facilities. Larger suites have fully equipped kitchens, with lounge and dining area. The two bedroom suites two bathroom suites have a separate walk in shower. All suites have color television, selected satellite channels, direct dialing telephones. The suites do not have in-room safes - safes are available at reception. The rates reflect the amount per room, per night, for a single or double room respectively. Breakfast is included for the rates stipulated.
Dining
The hotel serves breakfast daily in Butter's restaurant. A la Carte dinner and lunch is also served daily. Happy hour is every Friday in Butter's bar. Brookes Hills Suites also offers in-room dining between 6h30 and 22h00. Neil Gorham joined the Brookes Hill Suites in 2007 following an illustrious career which has spanned South Africa, the Comoros, Namibia and Australia. He completed his schooling and tertiary education in the UK and began his career at Fredericks restaurant in London.He then moved to Australia to start his international career as a baker at the Specialty Bake in Rockhampton. Neil quickly progressed through the kitchen ranks. After a couple of years in Australia he returned to England before making the move to South Africa in 1990 to take up the position of Banqueting Chef at the Sandton Holiday Inn in Johannesburg. Neil has also worked at Le Galawa Beach Hotel and Island Adventures - both in the Commores and Safari Court Hotel and Conference in Windhoek Namibia.
